LIMITED 6
MONTH WARRANTY:
This
limited 6 month warranty is given to the
original purchaser (The Buyer) of our products.
i-Five
Components warrants the product will be free
from defects in workmanship and materials under
normal use and service for 6 months from the
date of purchase.
Your
Responsibilities
Keep a
sales receipt to verify your purchase date.
Operate and maintain the product properly
without abuse, disassembly or tampering with it.
Arrange
for or pay items and costs that are not covered
by this limited warranty.
We will
repair or replace at our option any part sold by
us that is returned to us PREPAID within a 6
month period from the original purchase date.
What is
not covered:
Damages
caused by shipping, product misuse,
misapplication, improper installation or
maintenance, damages resulting from accidents,
contact with road hazards, racing engine use,
the costs to send the product to and from us.
Our liability is limited to the value of the
part, as valued on our invoice to the original
purchaser of said unit. Cost for labor
installation, cost of additional parts, bills or
charges from dealers mechanics to “check”,
“inspect”, ”fix” or “adjust” or any of the
following : loss of time, work, pay, and
inconveniences are specifically excluded and are
the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty
is void where our inspection reveals tampering
with factory sealed adjustments, broken factory
seals on screws, jets, plugs, etc…, any attempt
to open the part, faulty installation, damage
caused by dirt electrical problem or abuse and
misuse.
Claims
procedure:
The
duration of this warranty is limited to claims
made in writing to i-Five Components within 6
months after the purchase date. The buyer should
call the telephone number listed to report a
possible warranty claim. The buyer must also
allow i-Five Components to inspect the product
and the buyer must reasonably cooperate with i-Five
Components with respect to verifying the
warranty claim of the buyer. In the event that a
warranted defect is discovered i-Five Components
will repair or replace the product at the option
of i-Five Components.
All
shipping charges are paid by the buyer.
Merchandise returned to i-Five Components
without prior authorization or RMA number will
not be accepted, packages will be refused..
This
warranty extends only to the original buyer and
it is not transferable.
Please
have order number, item number, and specific
questions ready so we can serve you better.
There are
no returns on Carburetors, Fuel Injectors and
Fuel Injection Components, electric starters and
computer chips, only exchanges or store credit
within 14 days of purchase date
